7 Dee Condominium launched in the middle of Hua Hin Hills
The latest condominiums called 7 Dee Condominium will start construction in the middle of the Hills in Khao Darn, 10 minutes from town. It is aimed at Thai and foreign retirees. With over 200 million baht invested, the property is expected to finish at the end of 2009. Mr. Jira Pongphaiboon, the Hua Hin Mayor and Mr. Prasit Boonlikit, Hua Hin’s District Chief Officer presided the opening ceremony at Hua Hin Market Village on 16th of July.
Mrs. Woravee Beergoht, the director of 7 Dee Condominium, explained that the building construction is about to start for the foundation. The 7 floor luxury building will consist of 60 units and prices ranging from 3 to 7 million baht. Every unit will be furnished in luxury and contemporary styles. 7 Dee Condominiums are contemporary designed to match our culture with modern styles. The roof top will be constructed in Thai style. All units will have serene and beautiful mountain views. This is to ensure the peach of living.
The building should be finished within next year. Our target customers are Scandinavian and European retirees who seek their second homes here as well as business expats and Thai families.
