Opening Ceremony
An art exhibition, the Hua Hin Impressionist 2008 held by a Hua Hin artist group at Baan Silapin Hua Hin, Art & Antique Gallery was inaugurated on Saturday 4th.The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chalermchai Sri-on, Deputy Leader of the Democrat Party .
Mr. Tavee Kasa-ngarm, the leader of Hua Hin artist group and 19 members of the Hua Hin artist group, have selected 80 Acrylic, Water color and Oil paintings unveiling the impression of the city of Hua Hin including tourist attractions in an impressionist way.
At the ceremony, a representative from the Provincial Administration Organization of Prachuab Kirikhan gave a 200,000 baht donation to support artistic and cultural activities to Hua Hin artist group.
The art exhibition was attended by both Thais and foreigners. Many paintings were reserved. A Hua Hin artist group published an art book collection of their paintings, photo gallery and biographies etc.

Khao Hin Lek Fai Concert
Mr. Krip Rojanastien, President of Preserve Hua Hin, together with musicians organized a preview of a musical show for the Preserve Hua Hin Concert which will be held in Khao Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin, on 6th December 2008. The preview of this musical show took place at the Log Cabin, Sukhumvit Soi 18, Bangkok. The Preserve Hua Hin Concert intends to give some of the money made through admissions to the Hua Hin municipality for further preservation and environmental issues. Mr. Santi Pirompakdee, CEO of Boonrod Brewery Co.,Ltd, organized Singha Prayad Rising Stars program by Hua Hin Never Missing Pros. , at the Majestic Golf Course in Hua Hin. Mr. Adisak Sorntanarat, Judge of the Appeal Court was the prize giving president.
