Hua Hin municipality accepts complaints
The purpose of this project is to listen to complaints from Hua Hin residents and to solve the problems correctly. The municipality would like to encourage people to send in messages if they any have problems or find any mischievous companies or businesses or persons. There are seven boxes to receive message which are located at 1) in front of Hua Hin municipality office, 2) beach entrance on Damnoenkasem Road (beside Sofitel Central), 3) in front of Baan Khao Tao Municipality School, 4) in front of Wat Nong Kae Municipality School, 5) in front of Baan Boh Fai Municipality School, 6) in front of Hua Hin Municipality School, and 7) at the entrance of Samor Prong village.
Messages will be taken out from the boxes on every Monday (except public holiday Monday). The messages will be read at the office of Hua Hin District and will be processed according urgently. The municipality urges people to send in messages with polite language and suggested that the message should be written clearly and be directly to the point.
All messages will be kept confidential to protect the person who makes the complaint. The messages will be used as a reference which will be helpful to the municipality in order to solve the problems which occur in Hua Hin area correctly. The messages that are suitable for public use will be announced to the public. This will be in order to inform Hua Hin residents but the without the name of the writer.
Anyone who is not satisfied with the municipality work or found that government service provider is committing fraud should make a report and drop the message in the provided boxes in the above mentioned locations. The municipality would like to thank Hua Hin residents in advance for helping to make Hua Hin a pleasant place to live.
