Rajbat Suan Dusit assists people in need
Currently there are floods in northern provinces. A donation centre at the university has been receiving donations from business people from Hua Hin, Pranburi, Cha-Am and Petchburi province who have donated dry rice, dry food, and cash which is then conveyed to 100 families in Utradit, 122 families in Phrae, and 150 families in Sukhothai. Those families received dry rice, dry food, medicines, clothes, women�s products, and B2,000 each.
Rajbat Utradit University was also affected heavily and received B34,050 donation of cash. There were 6 temples which were heavily affected and received B20,000 each.
Dr Surapon further stated that Rajbat Suan Dusit, Hua Hin Campus aims to produce high qualified graduates who can then help Hua Hin society. At the moment there are 1,700 future graduates who aim to assist in government offices when they graduate.
"Our Dean in Bangkok campus expresses his gratitude to our V.I.P. students, students, business people, who made donations to help people in need," Dr Surapon said.
Dr Surapon said that Rajbat Suan Dusit, Hua Hin Campus serves people in Petchburi and Prachuab Khirikhan and is willing to provide quality education for students who are interested in Communication Arts, Law, Public Administration, etc. The university also provides a graduate degree program in Public Administration.
