According to Mr. Woraphot Limakom, Hua Hin Red Cross treasurer, Hua Hin Red Cross is one of units of Thai Red Cross Society which was founded to representing the Provincial Red Cross and Thai Red Cross Society. Hua Hin Red Cross was founded on 18th April 1991 by Mrs. Surang Ngornrot Na Ayutthaya under the assistance of the Hua Hin District Chief Officer (at that time).
