The walk way is laid on the hill and foothill, passing each hole from the beginning to the end like foreign standard golf courses. The name “Black Mountain” is derived from black granite – mountain surroundings at the back of the project, so the name is designed to match its environment.

There are around 120 Thai and overseas golfers playing on the course per day, and it is not allowed to accept more than that. The number of players and time must be limited in accordance with its condition. All players of the golf course will be given a special card for the next play.
The clubhouse and its location were designed by an Australian architect assigned by the Executives to harmonize with its natural surroundings. This golf course proudly won the 2nd prize of The Best Asian Golf Magazine in Asia, which has made all of the 80 executives and staff extremely proud.
Besides the golf course, the project also provides a village, villas, and condominium located around the course and these are offered to Thai and foreign customers who are thinking of staying in the Hua Hin District. A touch of nature, facilities and a sports center are the best selling points of this project.
Each house is located on a standard sized area as in foreign countries, with a price of 43-50 million baht for each. There are a total of 15 houses in the first set, of which 7 have been sold. Besides that, the elegant condominium, located in the valley where you can take in the sea breeze as well as the clear ocean view, only costs 9-20 million baht.
