Do hardwood floors make you smile? If there is a specific feature that will make you insanely happy and ease the troubles in your life, it might be worth the effort to look for this special feature. Here are some features to consider:

- beautiful view
- proximity to places you enjoy visiting: park, bookstore, library, gym, shopping mall, cafes, or restaurants
