Mr. Oran Asavarithikul, chairman of "KKC Golf & Country Club" presents to Mr. George Mastronikilos, director of "Hua Hin Today" the area of the Golf Course
"KKC Golf & Country Club" has operated since 1994. The 1st 18 holes golf course was designed by Mr. Cherd Bunyaratavej. After this Khun Oran decided to extend the golf course by involving 2 world famous designers Jack Nicklaus & Greg Norman. The 1st 9 holes will open on Saturday March 15, 2008. We plan to open the remaining 27 holes in the near future.

"KKC Golf & Country Club" is situated on the 35,000 rais of beautiful hilly land and it is a part of "Kaeng Krachan International Country Town"
The town is located at Kaeng Krachan, Tayang district, only 54 kilometers from Hua Hin.

At the present, the town consists of 27 hole championship golf course, air field is now under construction, 250 rooms resort, 1,200 homes huge swimming pool and a garden park (about 100 rais) badminton courts, bike lanes, a meeting room, dance hall, fitness center, football field, helicopter landing pad, horseback riding field, internet cafe. Jogging park, massage park, mini market, music room and karaoke, restaurant, security guards, service center, snooker room, spa garden park, 4 tennis courts, a training center, transport center and volleyball courts.

The town is closed to the beautiful "Kaeng Krachan Dam" (only 5 kilometers) surrounded by “Kaeng Krachan National Park" which is named “ Asian Heritage" is filled with hundreds of colorful birds, butterflies, wild flowers and wild animals such as elephants, tigers etc.

 

Mr. Oran Asvarithikul, chairman of "The KKC Golf & Country Club" is one of the most successful businessmen in Thailand. He owns about fifty thousand rais of beautiful land around the country. He is also the honorary consul of the Panama.
Mr. Oran is to his friends, a kind of hearted and very thoughtful person, always ready to help those who need it and he sponsors a lot of charities. He not only wants people to be happy but also to thank all the people on this earth for their contribution to the world, especially senior citizens.
He considers those who are 55 and over to be the ones who have made this world a better place to live in and that they all should be rewarded and cared for by their children and the government. This was the idea where “Kaeng Krachan International Country Town” was born.

On February 22, 2008, Mr. Oran's Group of Companies finalized a management agreement with Mr. George Mastronikolis. Mr. oran appointed Mr. George as GM of the new joint venture.
The new management team will start operations on the 1 March 2008 and we will officially present the new championship 9 holes of Jack Nicklaus on the 15 March 2008, with a soft opening by organizing a tournament for the most experienced golfers and a free first trial for future golfers provided by our Golf academy.

The project covers an area of over 7,000 rais, and includes an 18 holes Golf Course designed by Cherd Boonyaratvej (operated since 1994). The 18 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus (the first 9 will be operated in a soft ceremony on the 15 march 2008) and the 18 holes designed by Greg Norman (planned to be opened in 2 years time).
The project is located just 54 km from the city of Hua Hin with spectacular natural surroundings, attached to the national park of Keang Krachan (the biggest Park in Thailand).

The mission of the New Management Team is to develop the project by firstly improving the existing facilities and finally divert the hall area to a five star golfers' paradise.
With the opening of the new championship 9 holes Golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, the KKC Golf and Country Club will become one of the leading Golf courses in this area.
There will be an improvement of the existing facilities such as the Club House, Restaurant, Pro-shop and most importantly an improvement of the quality of the existing 18 holes.
We will also begin to educate our existing staff, (giving intense English lessons daily) caddies, service staff, reception, etc. We will employ a foreign operations manager with a lot of experience in the field.

A new restaurant International chef will be put in place to satisfy your wishes and desires.
Our concept is to develop a well organized and friendly golf course that will welcome our guests and ensure that they have an enjoyable time on our course. Together with our business partners we will continue improving the quality of all our facilities and services, and at the same time keep the prices affordable for every golfer.
Special packages, prices and memberships will be provided to the local golfer’s community, Travel Agents and Golf Professionals.
We are pleased to welcome you to our opening day on the 15 March 2008 either as a player in our competition or as a guest of honor in our Cocktail buffet. Special activities will be offered to non-golfers on this day and the program will be published in next few days.
